All full and ¾ time employees are offered several healthcare options including PPO, HSA, dental, vision, life and other voluntary insurance options like voluntary life, AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. We also offer flexible start times depending on the facility and needs of your department. We have a 401k plan with a 100% match up to the first 4% you contribute, and all contributions are vested immediately. We offer paid vacation, paid personal/sick leave at tiered accruals based on tenure. We also enjoy 11 paid holidays; 10 observed and 1 floating holiday per year.

Perks include an in-house gym at headquarters in Seattle, WA or a gym stipend for those in other facilities based on 10 or more visits to the gym monthly. We offer a $2,000 professional development annual budget for each employee. Also, a $1,500 bonus if you refer a qualified candidate for one of our positions and they are hired!
